At the peak of my career, I was thriving in retail leadership yet behind the success, I felt completely burnt out. As an overwhelmed mom, I was running on sleepless nights, battling a short temper, struggling with focus, and ignoring persistent stomach pain. My only self-care was the occasional visit to my yoga mat, but I remained trapped in a cycle of limiting beliefs, repeating the same patterns and seeing the same results.

Despite my outward success, I wasn’t fully present in my relationships as I was disconnected from my husband and missing the everyday joys of my boys’ lives. My body was signaling distress, and I knew something had to change. Deep inside, I felt a call to shift to truly show up differently, to explore what I loved, and to intentionally craft the life I wanted.

Through profound personal experience, wisdom from teachers and mentors, and relentless curiosity, I created Wellness Lifeline. A sanctuary for transformation, where individuals can pause, breathe, and reconnect with their heart and mind. Whether facing health challenges, navigating heartbreak, coping with loss, or stepping into something new and exciting, Wellness Lifeline offers grounded support, tools, and alignment to help you build a life that sings to your soul.
